I wish we had more grocery stores like this in LA - good selection of natural and convent food, nice staff, great beers.

I came in today for the 25% off sale for their anniversary. The store was clearly not staffed correctly, but they continue to provide great friendly service although they were clearly stretched too thin. The (I think) manager - a woman with white blonde air, and a pink shirt + beanie on - was so kind and patient.

Oh my gosh, I went with my friend that's from downtown Portland, amazing service! The food was great and they even had jelly cats there! Inside, It reminds me of a mix of Safeway and Trader Joe's. 100% recommend!!

This review is about the wellness department. I went in yesterday to put aside some items for the upcoming sale. Two employees helped me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly value their experience and expertise. Learning about products enables customers to have the information to purchase more. I hope that New Seasons continues to support these wellness advocates!

This was my first time dropping into this location and I genuinely could not wait to write up my review. THIS visit is why I adore New Seasons. I had a VERY full day - seriously, VERY full... I had taken a friend with mobility issues to a play, to dinner and then to Chinese New Year at the gardens. I was determined to get to a birthday party an I refuse to go empty handed. Some of the other attendees were vegan and I know that with New Seasons I do not even have to search for options. Sure enough - I pull up and they even have a sign advertising that they have plenty of vegan options. I had not considered bringing my friend blooms but had to. You walk into that floral and just have to buy something because WOW. I saw gorgeous branches too! Confession time...I was still trying to get Yule down and put away with a mass Spring cleaning and refresh. I grabbed a bunch of curly Willow and blossoming cherry branches - and (spoiler alert) IT WORKED... I promise you will find a picture I attached of them in my living rom for a humble brag. I also got a GORGEOUS bouquet for the birthday Queen for under $25. Snacks easily acquired! Picking just a few was more challenging than anything. And I love that this location has their shopping mall section all together. From stuffed animals to cute and creative books, candles...I have so much I find here and buy because it is quality, unique and fantastic. And then I see this section of wood veneer postcards - so Portland and so AMAZING! A local artist of incredible talent. My dear friend, the birthday Queen happens to be of the fellow Gothy persuasion... Another customer comments about the postcards and says she is a huge fan of the Little Gold Fox cards and asks if I have seen the cards... which she is pointing at... THERE WAS A BAT! These are amazing (again, look at my photos)...I grabbed a stack for my friend, for me to give to other friends - I am framing one and hanging it with all the art I have up at my house. All the staff here were amazing - although I genuinely have that experience consistently with any New Seasons location. People want to help! Even the other customers want to help! How nice is that?!? I definitely think this store may officially win (in my mind) for their arrangement of everything. It was just laid out so nicely.

We went to the market just to buy a few bottles of mineral water, fruits, coconut water, and a few other small things. The store is very clean and tidy. The parking lot can get a little crowded, but there is also free street parking nearby.

This is a beautiful grocery store with everything well stocked and displayed nicely. The fresh fruit and veggies are always vibrant! The bakery produces high quality goods at very reasonable prices. Their always fresh baked chocolate chip cookies topped with sea salt are a worthy purchase! They are guaranteed warm, right from the oven. Soooo good! I eat half right then and there and save the other half for the next day since they are so big. The cornbread is the best! Whenever going to a BBQ or a chili cook off, this is what I bring And everyone raves. Why make it when they do the work for you and it's excellent? They also have cakes and pastries from the top local bakeries, including gluten free items from GEM. And of course their fish, meat and cheese departments are all high quality and sustainable; you pay more but it is totally worth it. I particularly love the variety of fresh made sausage, especially for cooking out on the grill. They have a pineapple one that I was hesitant to buy but now purchase all the time! Sautéed with red and yellow peppers for a delish and fast meal. The footprint is smaller than some of the other Portland locations which adds to the neighborhood feel. Plus, I like smaller grocery stores! Makes it so much easier to get in and out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have their own parking lot. And a loyalty program where I'm always getting valuable discount coupons or $5 off certain departments. This week it's $5 off $10 in the bakery. Chocolate chip cookies, here I come! Five stars all the way!
